Every item we make is sent with its own packaging assembled by professionals who have been sending glassworks throughout the world for over twenty years.

Therefore, receiving a broken article is extremely rare. Should this happen, you can always return it and receive another in its place.

The main priority of ANTARES Venezia is the total satisfaction of its customers.

Should customers be disappointed with the product they receive, they can always return it and request a full refund or exchange it with something else.

Customers have 14 work days from the date of their product's reception to return it by sending an email to fnotari@antaresvenezia.it (or a fax to: 0039 041 5101281) with their personal information so they can be contacted.

In the very rare case that merchandise is broken during shipment, if we are notified within three days of reception, we will take total responsibility and substitute the damaged piece completely free of charge.

For Europe 14.20 euros and for USA, Australia and Extraeuropean Countries 19.00 euros. For any purchase of 250 euros or more delivery will be free of charge all over the world.
