Should customers be disappointed with the product they receive, they can always return it and request a full refund or exchange it with something else.
Customers have 14 work days from the date of their product's reception to return it by sending an email to fnotari@antaresvenezia.it (or a fax to: 0039 041 5101281) with their personal information so they can be contacted.
In the very rare case that merchandise is broken during shipment, if we are notified within three days of reception, we will take total responsibility and substitute the damaged piece completely free of charge.
For Europe 14.20 euros and for USA, Australia and Extraeuropean Countries 19.00 euros. For any purchase of 250 euros or more delivery will be free of charge all over the world.

This arm bracelet is obtained with five Murano Glass blown beads. They are shaped while glass is still hot, as it happens for all our glass jewels’ collection, flat on one side and curved on the other.
The pearls are held by a satin ring holding an elastic band thus avoiding the clasp.

I got one Cecilia necklace in red while I was travelling in Italy last summer. Since in the shop there wasn’t the bracelet in red when I was back home I decided to see if there was a chance to find it on the web . Wonderful: I found it and it arrived in couple of day (Canada)!

I bought both the necklace and the bracelet in Light Blue – the combination is marvelous and enhances absolutely anything you wear. The bracelet is unique and for me the PERFECT size – generous so that it is noticeable and you can appreciate the craftmanship of the glass, but not overly large. Customer service is EXTRAORDINARY, which really makes the difference.
