Should customers be disappointed with the product they receive, they can always return it and request a full refund or exchange it with something else.
Customers have 14 work days from the date of their product's reception to return it by sending an email to fnotari@antaresvenezia.it (or a fax to: 0039 041 5101281) with their personal information so they can be contacted.
In the very rare case that merchandise is broken during shipment, if we are notified within three days of reception, we will take total responsibility and substitute the damaged piece completely free of charge.

Maratea bracelet consists of one mouth-blown pearl of “submerged” glass and hand worked to obtain the shades on the surface. Like all our Murano Glass pieces, each bead is hand crafted and no two are exactly alike.
The clasp is in anti-allergenic material, works on a strong magnet but easy to wear.
